My mother and mother-in-law were both at Life Care Center on Rouse Road on a few occasions. We had good experiences there. The key thing is to visit frequently at different days and times to keep them on their toes. I am sure this is true for all facilities. Good luck!

Longwood health and rehab 1520 so Grant st. Longwood Fl. Comes highly recommended by me, my Husband was a resident in the facility for over 3 years

I heavily recommend Easter Seals Day Break as a trusting place to leave your loved one for the day as an alternative to a resident facility. It's located at 2010 Mizell drive in winter park. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions

I agree with Nancy. Also Conway Lakes has made major strides in improving their facilities to an almost luxury level. I suggest you go to www.cms.gov and look at the Nursing Home Compare tool. Shows you survey results for all facilities including where they have gotten dinged. Very, very helpful.

My Dad was also at The Life Care Center for several years. They were wonderful and treated my Dad (and me... And my dog, Angus..) like family. I got to know many of the staff members very well. They were all very caring and conscientious ....

El Buen Samaritano en Poinciana o más bien hiendo para Poinciana. Hay tuvimos a Abuela Susa por un mes en lo que se recuperaba, es tremendo lugar no tienen limitaciones con la familia ( y tu conoces lo especial de la nuestra) no hay hora de visitas tampoco, y se pueden quedar a dormir con el familiar. Fue tremenda experiencia para nosotros. Voy a ver si encuentro los retratos y te los mando, sabrás que mami le transformó el cuarto le cambió toda la decoración.
