Just had acl done on right knee 3 weeks ago. Mountaintop physical therapy is amazed at progress and compared to my other knee this knee has been a breeze. Dr. Heiden is amazing. I am 3 weeks out and walking, with almost full flesion and extension. They are making me wait the min 5 weeks before strength training. I highly recommend heiden. My wife is a nurse and her pt recommended Cooley or heiden. Cooley only does knees. Still I couldn't imagine a better surgery then heiden.
