I've been out of the area for a few years, but there used to be a Gracie school downtown, maybe on palafox. Also, orange beach Alabama isn't that far and I think there's a 10 th planet school out there now.

Melissa Beasley Stewart Omni gym on Davis hey has childcare for free. I believe they are $29 a month but that was years ago when I went. I do know they now have no contract options also.

I need a personal trainer to work with at my gym. It's been a long two year recovery and I would be back at being a beginner level on everything.

Personally, I like Planet Fitness. It was free to sign up & $20 a month for tanning and the platinum membership. I loved everyone that worked there and as soon as I have my second baby plan on going back
