Please price Ghirardi Construction before committing to anyone. I priced and met with 7 contractors before him and not only was his pricing REAL and affordable but his efficiency throughout my renovation impressed me. Not a day of wasted time and in the end he came in $750 UNDER budget. Also a town company.
