Ellen S. replied:
Their online patient portal is too secure, and I say that as someone who has worked in healthcare IT for 17 years. If I change the password on my home computer, I can't log in from my work computer, and vice versa. Also, I had an issue with meds running out and my first attempt to do things right failed, and I have made attempts since Friday to rectify the issue and get my scrip renewed or get a temporary local prescription and they have not called me back. Meanwhile the medical condition has been freaking me out all weekend. I shouldn't have to face waiting five days OR paying $100+ at an ER or Urgent Care for a short-term script for an already diagnosed condition. Especially for this particular condition. At this point I have no faith that they can help me manage this issue.
Can anyone suggest a good GP in the area? Someone who genuinely cares about their patients and won't just throw meds in my face whenever I have the hiccups? TIA :)
