There are so many wonderful doulas. When searching for a doula you have to have a personal connection with her. So our recommendations are good, but you need to interview and meet with some to find that connection. All the groups, Blessed Arrivals Birth Doulas, Heart & Hands Doula Service, Birth Doulas of Pittsburgh etc. have Open House/Meet the Doulas nights. Shining Light Prenatal Education is hosting Blessed Arrivals on March 7. Feel free to contact me through Shining Light. I am happy to help you figure out what you are looking for in a doula.

Amy Farr from Blessed Arrivals Birth Doulas is amazing! She was my doula for both pregnancies, one natural singleton, one scheduled C/S for breech twins. I can't say enough good about her!!
