When you call 323-7800 it's not an officer. .just an FYI. I work at police headquarters and when I'm at the front desk everyone calls that number for EVERYTHING and it's just civilians answering calls

I have had AAA since 1986. It pays for itself with discounts and yes paper maps and guide books. When I have had to use them for road side assist they were great. In LA last year 2 trucks showed up and worked together to get me on the road. I don't use them for hotels usually because I use Hilton Honors but they work for many attractions and some stores like 15% at Payless. Happy travels and shopping!!!
