Doesn't the referral depend on your insurance? I didn't need a referral but I will probably next year when my insurance clicks in again (I've exhausted their limit) because insurance now requires a referral. Anyway, I go to Josh Koenig on Samoset. I've been going since the spring and have noticed a big difference in the way I feel.

Jordan Spine Care for sure. Any of the docs there. I've been seeing Ian Paskowski since before he started running Jordan and he's the best I've ever been to. He's the only one to every help me and all the docs treat similarly. They do a lot of muscle work and won't adjust you without working on the muscles. In fact there are days they won't adjust because they don't think it's helpful. I was actually just there today with Dr Sam Stala and he was helping me with some carpal tunnel symptoms I've been having. I think I've seen every doc there. Best ever!
