Not a delivery service... but we use emeals.com For a small fee they email recipes and a weekly shopping list. Super easy. Been using it for about a year now! Dr. Dore in Bremerton was very helpful to my husband. He also went to the Peninsula Pain Clinic just behind Dr. Dore's office as he suffered with necrosis of the shoulders and they were also supportive.
