We love Dr Greg Hoisington at the Women & Children's Clinic at Harrison. He's been their Dr since birth & has been fantastic!

FOLLOWING!!! My son was done at the naval hospital...what a joke. Now I have to wait till he's at least 6 month bc he will have to put under anesthesia, well that's what the pediatric urologist at Madigan hospital said.

I had my first son done at the naval hospital and they had me in the room when they did it I had nightmares for weeks they strapped him completely down and I cried I wanted to just go grab my son and they left a piece. Connected and his regular doctor had to cut it off ;( my second son u had done by our regular doctor who is also a pediatrician and he did it very good and quick it's doctor caulkins at the Olympic family practice in bremerton he's very caring and very good with my boys and my kids are little flirts so they love the nurses lol every one there is very nice and very helpful no matter what

Dr Hadley at Poulsbo TDC has done many of my boys and done a fantastic job.

We went to Jessica Ivars at Polycinic in Seattle 4 months ago. Went perfect Felt good about doing it near hospitals. Easy to get to off of the Bainbridge ferry and my little one slept the whole way home. She was really great!

I have two boys, one done and one not done.. that was due to a blood infection when he was born or he would have been done. And honestly, if there isn’t a religious reason there’s really no reason to circumcise at all. I do recall hearing the screaming coming from my oldests little lungs and wondered why we were doing this.. I’m glad we didn’t do the second. So my advice would be to not do it and if he wants it done later in life then he can. But do what you feel is necessary and we also had Dr Hadley.. he was not the doc that did the procedure, but was/is an awesome Dr..

We had our son's done at the UW hospital and it went fast. He was a happy kid when it was done. It's a personal choice. We've all done our research.

My 13 y.o. son has had the same doctor at Group Health in Silverdale since he was born. Dr. Escutin is wonderful and great with kids. They performed the procedure and everything was and still is just fine.

Niran Al-Agba from Silverdale Pediatrics is Amazing. She came to the hospital and did my sons 14+ years ago. Her and her father have a small family practice in Silverdale by Costco. They are loved by all of their patients.

I would highly recommend letting him decide when he's older and the procedure is safer. When the penis is so small, there are dramatically increased risks of amputation and hemorrhage, and when done while the child is in a diaper, the risk of infection is also significantly greater. http://nocirc.org/

We LOVED children's hospital when I was going there. I have lupus and kidney issues, so slightly different by I see a variety of Drs at The Polyclinic in Seattle and love them. I love that all of my Drs are connected and work together regarding my case. The Polyclinic is a very simple drive straight up the hill from the ferry. U realized these suggestions are not in Poulsbo, but we've found that the slightly further trip was sooo worth it to get some of the best Drs. Good luck!

We see Emily Macdonald at Sound Pediatrics. She's been there about a year and replaced our previous doctor. We like her better than the last one (she was great too though). Very down to earth and treats the kid like the patient, not just going down a list with the parent. They also have walk-in hours each day from 8-9 AM, and when we haven't been able to get in then (when they were really busy) they saw us later that day. There are two pediatricians at this practice. I love Sounds Pediatrics. They have great doctors and walk in appointments from 8-9 in the morning.

Okay so, I had neurological issues as a child. I had epilepsy. My pediatric neurologist was Dr. Makari at Mary Bridge and my mom loved him. I was old enough to remember him and I remember him being very caring.

He spent a lot of time and care and gave me hope again about getting an implant, without charge no less.. Others in town had tried and failed. I have had the implant and am now ready to go back to him. I really liked him.

We just use the doctors office attached to the immediate clinic in poulsbo. Its family medicine vs pediatric but we like it there a lot. My 6 year old loves the young guy. cant remember his name but he has amazing bedside manner. With my family having the immidiate care with all our records connected is helpful. I like Dr Voegtlen Kitsap children's Clinic. Not touchy feely but highly recommended by Dr Lindquist ( head of kitsap county health ) & a pediatrician himself. We love him.

We use to have Dr Hawley she was good. Now my sons see Viola Medina at Virginia Mason Winslow.

Thank you so much everyone for the recommendations! I knew I should have come here before making my sons annual exam. Katy Davies Ray, as a newer resident I find it impossible to locate information on most anything and in general, info on the internet is lousy or for this area. Anytime I follow a recommendation I found online, I am very dissapointed.

We just saw Dr. Warren at Sound Pediatrics in Poulsbo for our twins and were pleased. They also have walk in hours from 8-9 am, which we actually used before our first scheduled well visit. They have a family practice there as well.

My two oldest just saw Dr. Chow at The Doctor's Clinic in Silverdale recently after our pediatrician retired. She was so nice. She was great with the kids. They really enjoyed their visit. She listened to my concerns and had some good information for me, as well. Dr. Hawley is awesome, too, but I don't think she's accepting new patients.

I really love Dr Bronold. She is at Kitsap Childrens Clinic. I don't care for Voegtlen. But I just choose not to see him if its urgent or I take them to urgent care. Bronold is understanding, she walks you through everything, she listens, she tell you her opinion but doesn't push. We have had her for 4 years now and had seen her previously before she was our primary. I cannot praise her enough.

Sound pediatrics is amazing. We see Dr. Warren because Dr. Hawley wasn't accepting new patients. We are very happy with her as well.

I see Erica Bottai at PCHS. The clinic may get a bad rap. But honestly shes the best doctor my kids have ever had. And theyve had some pretty scary health problems. Shes a family doctor, not a pediatrician. My whole family uses her and we love her.

I'm also with dr. Hoffman. He's a great guy. Some people feel more comfortable with a female physician for a little girl. That's why I recommended Dr. Theresa A for a little girl. All the dr. At sound family health are great people.

We have used Dr. Hawley since my first child was born in 2003 and have never had to change. She has her own practice, Sound Pediatrics, in Poulsbo up by the College.

There is a new pediatrician in the Poulsbo Doctors Clinic named Brad Anderson.. he’s a younger doctor. We love him. I’ve paged him on the weekend and he calls right back. He is great! He also use to work at a Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Monk at swedish is AMAZING ❤ returns calls immediately and also responds to the online portal as well. My daughter recently got a popcorn kernel stuck in her nose for over a week. We couldn't get it out he never gave up or thought I was crazy when we got half of it out. He's awesome easy to talk to and non judgemental which I appreciate

I would recommend sound pediatrics in Poulsbo. But I know (think I know) they don't take the insurance. I used Dr woodruff for my son and my niece. She's respectful of personal choice! She is with Pediatrics Northwest. Dr. Lavender is in the same group but in gig harbor and she seems great too. Have you asked in a crunchy group? I'm in Kitsap crunchy moms.

I've been feeling good with Kim Dougan at Harrison on Bainbridge. Apple health accepted. She has been supportive and nonjudgmental. But we vaccinate despite all our other natural medicine choices, so I don't know how she would be for an unvaccinated patient.

Dr Ortiz at the clinic in Poulsbo will give you the government lip service but she is accepting.

Just a tip while researching, you can go online to www.hca.wa.gov and look up the doctors that accept Washington Apple Health.

Dr Hawley at Sound Pediatrics has experience in functional medicine. She is wonderful. It is my understanding that she is only taking on newborns as new patients at this time.

Lisa we have been going to Poulsbo Children's Dentistry since Dr. Brown was there and when he retired and Dr. self took over. She is wonderful! My kids have now "graduated" and see her partner who is phenomenal too. Great place, sweet staff.

The Swedish office is closing in Kingston. Dr. Sarah Rice at Bainbridge Swedish is excellent for all ages! Dr. Matty at Pacifica in Poulsbo is also great, but there's a small monthly concierge fee. (Helps support a more relaxed, personalized service.) Dr. Peter Lehman offers a similar service as well. He's wonderful and also in Poulsbo.

Check with Virginia Mason on Bainbridge Island. Lots of Family Practioners there. Also some specialists.
