Internations.org has lots of groups and activities. It is free to join but you have to become an Albatross member to participate in the activities. However, there is usually a monthly social activity that anyone can attend, Albatross members attend free, others pay.

Silvia Vezzuto is a great and talented art teacher! She sometimes does organized group classes and might do private lessons. I took her courses several times (oil, charcoal... But she does much more like mosaic too). Contact her for more info.
