If for any reason the personal-trainer-idea doesn't work for you I recommend Couch to 5K program (http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/c25 k/Pages/couch-to-5 k.aspx) - it's a running program turning people from couch potatos to running 5 km distances within 9 weeks of training. I'm doing it and I love it!

Hello guys, can I make 2 questions in one post?
1. Do you know where I can buy board games in english? (ie: Pictionary, Trivia Pursuit, Charade, etc).
2. Which one is...
Vuk M. replied:
Try: http://www.tomovyhry.cz/ http://www.svet-her.cz/ http://www.svet-deskovych-her.cz/ Don't know what they have in English, but they sell board games. I can imagine that Pictionary/charade is something you can quite easily download and print yourself somewhere? I quite like Ticket to Ride.

Susan O. replied:
Prague Thrift Store in Prg 2 sometimes has board games. I've heard you can order them from the German amazon.com (whatever their website is) less expensively than from amazon.com.uk because the shipping is less.
Gerhard B. replied:
Angel Diaz, join the Prague board games group, we played last year and are about to start up again for this year. Good game shop Cerny Rytir (black Knight) cernyrytir.cz, if they don't have in English, they are willing to order it. Carcassonne is good, but you need at least two of the expansion packs to make it great
Stevie I. replied:
we have about 4 of them Gerhard Breytenbach makes a good game
What did I just buy? Jahly? Was aiming for quinoa. And, bio Haver/Hafer ... some sort of milk maybe Dutch. Also, anyone know where to buy almond butter? Thanks!
Veronika L. replied:
jahly = millet but healthy :) www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=53
Chrissie G. replied:
You can purchase almond butter and many other speciality items on www.amazon.de. We ordered quite a few things from the site last week and they arrived directly at our flat today via UPS. Amazon.de or .co.uk is a great resource for many "speciality" items. Good luck.
almonds are quite cheap here (or so i think) - make your own - although you would have to dry roast the raw ones - but that is easy in any oven ? http://sallysbakingaddiction.com/homemade-almond-butter/
Aveda hair care products....anyone know where they sell them in Prague?
Mark W. replied:
Aveda isn't on the market, yet, as far as I know, but it belongs to Estee Lauder, which is here and could therefore be introduced in the future. Germany should be the closest for availability . Otherwise look at Kevin Murphy, Alterna, or www.greenwave.cz for alternatives such as John Masters!?
Veronika L. replied:
this not it ? http://cz.strawberrynet.com/haircare/aveda/
Mark W. replied:
of course, you can get anything online, but cz.strawberrynet.com is not necessarily the best option. Their Mason Pearson brushes are nearly double of what i sell them for.If online, then look at

I need to buy some perfume online and get it delivered to UK, anyone know a good online perfume store? Tnx
Marek P. replied:
amazon.co.uk
Gillian P. replied:
http://www.lookfantastic.com - not a huge selection but the only UK one I have had positive personal experience with. I think it is problematic to have perfume shipped to the UK from CZ so better to use a UK site.

Dyson, hands down. We have the one that's specially designed for animal hair/allergies. Use Heureka.cz or zbozi. cz to check prices, then cross check prices on Amazon.co.uk.

Hi guys. Do you know where I could buy coconut oil in Prague? I need it for hair treatment. Thanks.
Vera B. replied:
Mánesova 1645/87, 120 00 Praha 2, Vinohrady, Rybanaruby shop, a very good virgin coconut oil and not expensive (also good for cooking, it means without extra addition)
Jessica T. replied:
I have people bring it over for me when they come to visit. I buy from tropicaltraditions.com. Very best value if you use it for lots of stuff - body, cooking. Five gallons will last a year if you use it a lot. But I can only get friends/family to bring me a gallon at a time. When I saw the tiny containers here - and the big price to match - I knew I would need a better way to get it. Amazon.co.uk has some larger sizes too.
Does anyone know where to get Cards Against Humanity in English somewhere here in Prague? Thanks :)
Chrissie G. replied:
Your best bet would be to order the british version from amazon.co.uk or to have someone bring it back from the UK or the states. We have family coming in December. We could have them bring a set if you need them too.
