Family fitness at Metropole Mall (www.sipkova.cz) in Zlicin has babysitting on site, open all day and I believe it is included in the price of your membership. They also have various parent & child exercise classes.

Also Hitfit (www.hitfit.cz) in Flora - no need to join it (pay per visit/class) and childcare is 20 kc per visit (think its only available during weekdays)

Family fitness also has a branch at the Congress Center in Prague 4, don't know if they offer babysitting. And I recall that the BBC branch in Prague 10 has babysitting too. Or perhaps one of the shopping malls on your side of the city has a gym. You could have your children looked after at the kids' corner there.

Holmes place by Smichovske nadrazi have kids area with childcare. They even take care of the smallest babies. I think the cost is around 50 CZK (but might be less for the gym members). Also Yogajoga (www.yogajoga.cz) studio in Skolska (Prague 1) have some yoga lessons with babysitting (it is for free and they accept small babies too). Note, these lessons will start again in September.

None that I know of in Prague 7. but some close by are pretty good. "Daily Fitness" on Na Prikope.... "I'm Fit" in the Fenix shopping center, "Kotva" at Namesti Republiky are my top picks near Prague 7..... oh and holmes place in Karlin is nice as well
