Thirding Budget - good prices and cars, a central location at Hlavni Nadrazi, and not fraudulently claiming damage to the car has been done like that whatsitscalled cheap place at the airport.

I use finecar.cz locally and europcar.com when abroad in Europe. Finecar is great because they deliver and pick up the car to you and only need a signature.....literally 1 minute transaction. You email them your passport and drivers license prior to the delivery of course.

Www.autoeurope.com. They are a broker, but consistently the cheapest auto rentals I've found. And even as they are cheaper, their rentals also usually include in the price extra insurance etc that costs extra normally when booking direct from rental companies.

You can try https://www.hoppygo.cz/en or https://www.smilecar.com/?lang=en they are not classical rent-a-car companies though.

I used this one already like 4 times and every time it was good http://www.smisak.cz/autopujcovna.html They have many types of car so prices are different depending on what you want and for how long. The best thing about them is that you can return the car 24 hours a day, so you don't need to follow the opening hours, they need no deposit (you just show them your ID/passport and driving license and that's it). Just be careful with prices - they are without VAT, so you need to count price from website + 21%. In my opinion, they are best in Brno.

http://www.comfort-car.cz/ located in the center. Got like new cars for nice prices. Unlimited milage for whole eu. Got positev experience with them. Dont speak en.

Www.autoeurope.com. Really good prices, regularly the best I find anywhere, including Prague. They'll fulfill the rental through a local vendor (could be Budget, Avis, etc) but their thing is getting you the best rate possible from whichever it is.

This page will give you plenty of choises, and that's how I have alway rented cars here: http://www.economycarrentals.com/
Laus S. replied:
The one I recommend - no problem. They'll charge extra for driving outside the Czech Republic (because of insurance), but every company probably does that. Try to make a search on the page with the info, you have, and see the prices right away. Economy Car Rentals charge a small fee, 2-3 Euros in total as far as I remember, but they'll find the cheapest prices, so the small fee really doesn't matter as you'll save plenty of money by using the page. If I had rented directly through Sixt's own website I would have paid double or more...
Laus S. replied:
It may have changed... Just go to www.economycarrentals.com, enter your dates, how many drivers (and whatever info it needs), choose a pick up spot (I always chose "central city office) and search - and then pick the car/price you like the most
