Where can one find some minimalist/barefoot/toe-shoes for running/hiking? Do you guys suggest any brands/models? I'd prefer to buy local but I'll be down in Phoenix soon...
Check these out. Haven't tried them but I'm in search for something to replace my vibrams. I loved them until they stretched out. http://www.newbalance.com/pd/minimus-20 v3-cross-training/MX20-V3.html#color=Black

Don't get the ones at Big 5, you definitely get what you pay for. I only use mine for fishing now. The Hike Shack has some, got my husband a pair there last year when we were in town.

The Hike Shack carries Vibram. They are great quality, and they have a bunch of sizes and different styles for different needs. And the staff is super friendly and helpful.
I'm looking for a shoe store that can fit me for a good walking/running shoe. The only one I knew of was in Bashford courts but I believe they closed. Thanks!
