I would say Dr. Wong as well and kind of surprised that Todd Telford did not say that as well! Nate has been doing some repairs at the hospital lately and recently his cousin who is a radiologist there told him Dr Wong is the bees knees when it comes to hearts!
Heather D. replied:
Dr. Hwang did both of my heart surgeries - he specializes in arrhythmias. He is the kindest man - but a little hard to understand sometimes because of his accent. I ran into him 6 years after my surgery at the hospital though and he asked me how I was feeling and remembered me. I also have seen Dr. Wang (his partner) and he is delightful. I also saw Dr. Asay when my troubles began (a general cardiologist) and he was one of the kindest Dr. I have ever met. All of them are at the Central Utah Clinic in Provo by UVRMC.
Jon C. replied:
I haven't seen Dr. Hwang, but I have seen a couple of other cardiologists in the Central Utah Clinic. Dr. Doug Smith is mine. I've been seeing him for over 10 years. I think any of the doctors in that practice (Central Utah Clinic) would be good. The facility is a good one as well. However, sometimes it is a little bit of a chore to make sure the info they have makes it back to your primary care physician.
Todd T. replied:
Dr. Hwang and his partner Dr. Wang are both real estate clients of mine and they are the best. Both names and pronounced the same.
Todd T. replied:
Dr. Ron Asay was my neighbor growing up. He's also awesome.
Todd T. replied:
Hey Audrey Call O'Brien I did say Dr. Wang. Scroll back up. It's Dr. David Wang. Some of you are spelling the name wrong. It's Dr. Wang not Dr. Wong. And yes he is the bees knees as you would say.
Kirsten H. replied:
Dr. Wong is really good with the electro circuitry of the heart that controls rhythm. Otherwise, Dr. Allen is supposed to be good. He worked with Frieschknecht before he retired. Are you okay Tiffany?
Amy D. replied:
I have been to Dr. Hwang in Provo. Pretty gruff and I wouldn't say the best bedside manner, but he helped me through some difficult and confusing issues others couldn't figure out. I know many have said he's truly a genius of his field even though he comes off stiff.
Tiffany M. replied:
Jenessa McEwan. Sure, if you don't mind. I just need to see one. I would prefer to go to one by recommendation.
Megan M. replied:
My mom went to Dr Rodney Badger, he's a bit arrogant but he took good care of her.
Mary S. replied:
Scott Bingham, he is in my ward and is great!!!
Danielle C. replied:
Dr. Hwang and Dr. Wang are both wonderful. Dr. Hwang did my first surgery and now again on friend. He's the best around.
Teri D. replied:
Jody messaged me. Feel free to call me/text whenever. I see Dr David Cragun he's across from UVRMC. Welcome to the world of weirdness!
Went to see my regular doctor last week and was told that I need to see a cardiologist but I have no clue who I should see. If any of you can suggest a good doctor that...
