Amy H. replied:
I dealt with 7 years of unexplained infertility before I became pregnant with the help of Dr Hill at Nashville Fertility Center. The office staff and doctors are incredible and sensitive to their patients. My struggling with the unexplained was more costly than the office visits. NFC able to test for things my regular OB/GYN did not test for and my unexplained became explained. That in itself was worth every cost. To have a decisive plan of action and timeline was worth the cost. NFC helped us with the conception of two of our children. They are about the business of helping you conceive= which was so comforting. I recommend them to any and everyone I speak with about infertility. They truly are the best.
Sara F. replied:

Carey C. replied:
Omg Sally Yeagley is a nurse practitioner downtown near centennial. She is with wingo group. I went to the Nashville fertility clinic and had 75% better luck with Sally. I know she is a nurse practitioner, but she gets it and she specializes in infertility. Out of the 10 IUIs me and my husband did. 3 worked with Sally and A big fat goose egg for Nashville fertility clinic. I miscarried early on each time so we ended up adopting and just got approved to adopt again, so yay! But I love Sally she is smart and definitely understands the timing and emotions that come with all of this. I would also suggest seeing a therapist bc it's so hard on a marriage and all the people that haven't been through it have so much advice.... A good therapist can keep you mentally sable in such emotional times.
Kathy E. replied:
I like Barbara Nylander at Centennial. She actually talks to you and finds out what's going on. No patient is made to feel like a number. She can either handle your situation or refer you to the best doc for your specific issue.
ok I'm considering listening to doctors. I've been told for years I need to see a gynecologist and or a obgyn. Does anyone have a good one they like that's in utah...
Carolyn H. replied:
Shelly Savage is a great obgyn. She has another Dr in the office who is a gyn but doesn't do ob, and his name is Dr. Robinson. 801-373-2001.
Staci H. replied:
You can go to a midwife too for that kind of thing.. there's BetterBirth in Orem.. I used to go to Valley OB/GYN as well.. midwife's just cheaper and nicer..
Holly L. replied:
Dr. David Broadbent. He is in the big silver building across from the Malt Shop on University. He is the only Dr in his office and he was really great when I had Annie. Nice, personable, knows his stuff.
Amanda H. replied:
Dr Heather Dabling, she delivered Lorelai, and I LOVE her!! She is great with everything, I had a really hard pregnancy, and she was so awesome!! Very relatable and friendly, I felt very comfortable with her. She is at Utah Valley OBGYN
Marnee C. replied:
Dr. Savage is a family doctor who also specializes in baby delivery etc, but is not an actual OB/Gyn. She and her staff are amazing and have my full recommendation. However, more complex gynecological care might be better at a practice that specializes solely in that specialty.
Amber S. replied:
Heather Harrison she works in Provo directly across from the hospital. You really should get your well woman exam. You can't always assume you're healthy. I recently had to have part of my cervix removed because they found precancerous cells during a pap.
Melissa R. replied:
My doctor was Dr. Kory Harward at Orem Community. He was so great!! The office staff there is awesome too! He was very sensitive to my situation, and just an all around nice guy.
Hey I'm looking for doctor recommendations! Did anyone use Valley OBGYN and deliver at Mt. Timp? I'm looking for your favorite doctor, because I have no idea where to...
Miriam R. replied:
My sisters have delivered with Dr Brown at IMC. She is awesome. If I ever get pregnant I'm going to her.
Carson F. replied:
I used Valley OB, but delivered in American Fork Hospital. I liked Valley, but how it works is that you don't have one dr--they try to get you to see all the drs before you deliver, because it's just whichever dr is on call. So that definitely has pros and cons. With my first, the Dr. I had been to all along was on vaca when I delivered, so I had the on call Dr. anyway. I liked getting to know lots of Drs (different opinions, the chance to actually see the dr who will deliver, etc). After my two, it is my opinion that it's the hospital and the nurses that you'd want to be the best because they are the ones that are actually there and caring for you during the delivery. Haha hope that helps at all!
Chelsea C. replied:
I did both. I loved Dr Sarah Andrews at Valley OB. She and the nurse that work with her are amazing.
Does anyone have a OBGYN that they love that delivers at Timpanogos Regional Hospital? In desperate need of a new one after today.

My friend is looking for a really good female gynecologist. She's an older lady, so obstetrics isn't really a consideration. Any suggestions?

Aubrey P. replied:
Valley OB is amazing dr. Drews or dr. Bennett. You do need to tell them which dr you want to see or you see a different one every time so I hear? I'm very persistent and knew who I wanted to see before hand dr. Drews is so precise with what ifs could be's and any questionable problem! I highly recommend all my kids are here safely and healthy!

KaLynn F. replied:
I recommend Valley OBGYN. While I have not had a child, Dr Brain Wolsey is my doctor and he delivered me and all my siblings! I would recommend him or any of the doctors in his practice!
Sara P. replied:
I liked Wolsey until he got cocky. Then I left. The reason is I found out I am a 1 dr in a practice woman. I went to Steven Nance. He is amazing and listened to all my concerns. I have RH sensitization. Wolsey diagnosed me with it with baby #5. When I became pregnant again he had moved to Valley. There you see multiple drs. They kept telling me I had no idea what I was talking about. So I approached Dr. Wolsey about it. he told me not to pit him against the other drs he works with. I was horrified. I was only concerned about the health of my baby. So I went to Dr. Nance. He listened and was cautious and got baby #6 and #7 here safely and he confirmed I am RH sensitized, not just a pregnant woman with RH factor. I liked a dr that knows everything about me and not a group who don't read the chart before each visit.
Does anyone have a obgyn dr that takes blue cross insurance that you loved?
Sarah W. replied:
Dr Howard in Orem. Excellent doctor! LOVED the Orem hospital!! Great care and a lot more personable, because less patients. They help so much with your baby too. Just sayin ;)
