If you can, go onto Amazon book dept. get used copies of the Book "Conversation with God" book 1,2, 3 and Home with God, all written by: Neale Donald Walsh and a book called " The Language of letting go" by Melodie Beattie. The spelling might be a little off. These books help to save my life and I gave them as gifts to other people lost in their life. It's a start until you feel comfortable being around other people.
