I train Brazilian jujitsu at Nava BJJ in Mesa. I have never met a better, more genuine group of people. The kids program there is amazing. Martial arts gave me and my son confidence and it centered our lives more than any doctor or medication ever will. That's will only putting a bandaid on the problem. Jujitsu will give her the tools to work thru the problems and use them to better herself. My son is 8. If you ever feel like checking it out, send me a message and I'll find a time to take you and my kid can go as well if you'd like. Lots a young girls her age there.

Lisa Bravo in Chandler. She doesn't accept insurance however hands down the best. I pray your daughter learns the right techniques to handle her anxiety & not just get medicated by doctors. Medication helps but is a bandaid, you have to find the root of the issue. Bless your daughter & family.
