If you'd like to see the quality of the work we had done a few months ago, we live at the corner of Hyde Park and Sherwood at 828 Sherwood. We had to have our whole outside repainted (all except for the brick). Three colors (trim, shutters/door, and details). He did a great job, and did it quickly and efficiently (even when I kinda freaked out that it started to rain!). $500

Southern Painting in Plano. Judy Elliott is their color consultant and she's a doll. I was thrilled with the results and they had the best prices of 5 bids. They also warranty their work and I appreciated not having to pay until the work was complete and I was satisfied. They painted wood paneling in my living and dining rooms as well as retextured and painted the kitchen and also painted ceilings and hallway, so it was a substantial amount of work

Shane Adams lives in the neighborhood (Scottsdale) He did our house last year. If you want to see his work you can look at 406 Weatherred. Hurry before they tear it down:). He painted all the wood, excluding the front deck. Replaced/Repaired the facia in a few places, and replaced all the wood around the chimney. He also painted the metal shutters and the storage shed. He did not do the brick painting or the white picket fences. I also had him do a bunch of work at my mom's house in Garland.

One of our neighbors paints houses. He'll spend a couple of days scraping and filling gaps before painting. Uses high-grade caulk and Sherwin Williams paint. I'll put you in touch if you're interested. The outside of my house ran around $1,400 a couple of years ago.

She made the whole process painless and did a great job of making sure all of my questions were answered.
