NoCliff said don't pay for one ..Dan knows more than enough. You are not obligated to get one. Just make sure you make an apppt to have several hours in the home and bring a ladder to look at roof and gutters. And Andy Willoughby does them and Dan knows him. Cliff could get the #. He and Cliff did ours. Margaret Lamb for attorney. She is EXCCELLENT. Tell her we sent you. Very reasonable and the BEST.
