Any recommendations for nice sit down Chinese restaurant? I know there's none in Englewood but how about Port Charlotte, North Port, Venice?

Yummy House on 41 in Sarasota. Take I-75 to Fruitville Road. Take Fruitville all the way to the end and turn right. It's down about three miles on the right. Best authentic Chinese Cuisine around. You can order dim sum any day, but be prepared to wait. On the weekends, they go around with the carts.

Yummy House in Sarasota. Best I've had in 15 years in Florida and it's about as upscale ad I've seen in Chinese.

Ramen joints in LA are a dime a dozen, and you could argue your head off on which one is the best. Go to Marugame Monzo in Little Tokyo. It's one of the best udon shops in LA. They make their own noodles and you can get them hot or cold.
