Matsu's on Beach and Talbert in Huntington Beach. Not local but excellent. Been going there since I was-well a really long time. Definitely sit at the teppan/cooking table but arrive early and have a drink in the really cool bar. I recommend Filet,Chicken and the Lobster. Blows Benny Blah Blah away!!! Daimons would be my second choice>.>great food, drinks and usually a hip dj on the weekends.......

There is nothing better than Din Tai Fung in Arcadia. We love the shrimp and pork shao mai, the juicy pork dumplings, and, most of all, the shrimp & pork wontons with spicy sauce. The pork chop fried rice is excellent, too. We travel all the way from Torrance to go there.
