My mom has to go to a dermatologist all the time. She she's Dr. Nishura, who is NOT accepting new patients, but her partner IS. My mom loves this dr...hopefully her partner is the same. Not sure about referral requirments...I am under the assumption that is would depend on ins. 916-797-4766

The best anywhere is Dr Lawry. Unfortunately she left sac area and is now in Davis at sutter health. She is an amazing woman, dr and dermatologist. If you can handle the drive it is well worth your time!
