James Gang BBQ has amazing bbq sauces/ brisket, etc. You'd have to ask them about whether or not they can also do a dessert fondu. http://www.jamesgangbbq.com/ Also, chocolate fondu can be fun, but it gets everywhere... I've seen it make sticky messes and get on the bride's dress... just have her be careful.
