Bargarten in Keizer station has a full classic turkey dinner for pretty cheap. As well as prime rib available I think. Edit: It's $115 and feeds up to 8. So about $15/person

Rudy's is doing one, it's a little spendy though. But we ate there in person last year and it was really good so we figured why not. Not like we're feeding a houseful this time around.

Nanay's Ba-Hi at the Beehive Station food truck pod is doing traditional Thanksgiving. Also, Easy Otter is doing their full Sunday brunch menu.

These are my two favorite trucks in the Salem area and we're actually doing both places for Thanksgiving meals. Easy Otter for brunch and then Nanay's for the traditional dinner. These places are so damn good.
Honorable mention: We've done family dinners about twice a month from Black Sheep Catering and they never disappoint. Everything is prepared you just take it home and throw it in the oven. We tried to order their Thanksgiving meal but they're sold out as of two days ago. But, keep them in mind if you ever want to do some just damn fine food.
Roth’s also has one, you can order per person or individually dishes. Great rolls!

The Ike Box on Cottage and Chemeketa has lots of rooms off to the side that are great for conversations like this. It helps to call ahead and ask if you can use one of their meeting rooms.

Take them to the willamette university cafeteria. It's pretty damn good food and the tables are roomy with outlets everywhere. Plus on Thursdays they do a small plate menu that's really decent.
