I have the Revletics 6 inch ball. I got it on Amazon. It works really, really well. I also have the Orb, which is similar but much softer, so doesn't work quite as well. It is better to take traveling, though. https://www.amazon.com/Revletics-Precision-Deep-Tissue-Massage/dp/B00GNDZ2QK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1517782677&sr=8-2&keywords=revletics

I like the Tiger Tail. But you could use a rolling pin or broom handle. Check this video for a great way to roll out calves... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FYyIXX0 h3 i0

Hi Tommy the first piece of advice I give my runners is to get it diagnosed by a sports therapist or physio. Once you have that diagnosis you can start a treatment plan built between your therapist and yourself. I encourage runners to use IT Band stretches during the cool down process and also on non running strength days. Happy to send you a free copy of my ebook on avoiding running injury if that's of use? (Reviews here: www.focusedperformance.co.uk/injuryfreerunning ) Does that help?

You'll have to check to confirm availability and whether they can ship to your location at what cost (it may be a discontinued model), but I see it available at [Mattress Factory](https://www.themattressfactoryinc.com/pd.448.6334/121/serta-iseries-vantage-firm-mattress/), [Choice Custom Home](https://choicecustomhome.com/product/sr-11650-mattresses), [Gardner-White](https://www.gardner-white.com/collection/1553-iseries-by-serta-vantage), or [V. I was plagued by ITBS and did not have as much luck rolling and strengthening, but I got through/ get through it with Active Release Therapy! While therapists can get straight to the knot and trigger a release, I have found you can self release with practice- I will use the same motion as rolling on my side but on a roller stick instead of a foam roller. (Ive used rolling pins in a pinch) Just rolling over the knot never helped much, but in ART, roll over the top of the knot and pause. Make an effort to relax the muscle until you feel the knot spasm. It's pretty uncomfortable, but the goal is to continue to apply pressure on the knots between your hip and your knee until they spasm and release.

There are free pepakura files for that at https://www.therpf.com/f24/foam-speed-building-filesntricks-multi-hero-cowl-148889/. I'd suggest using 5 mm craft foam. Hobby Lobby has it.
Where's the best place to find EVA foam? I'm cosplaying D.Va for comicon and I really want to attempt making her pistol!

Harbor Freight. A 4 pack for $10

If you want large smooth sheets of EVA, check Mad House Costume Company in Sandy.

I got mine from Mad House Costume Company. They are amazing quality and smooth on both sides so you don't have to worry about a weird pattern in the middle of your cosplay.
I need to find a good mattress store in SLC.Anyone have any suggestions?
Jeremy J. replied:
I went to RC Willey for mine. They sell comfy stuff. I worked at IKEA a few years back (in the returns department) and would recommend you stay away from their mattresses at all costs.
