Do you need cheaper than IKEA? Also there is a RC willey outlet I believe on 3 rd west and 2300 south. Edit: Another thought is checkout KSL classifieds for furniture, I have bought a few things from people off there before.

Overstock sends all of their returns and whatnot to their outlet store in SLC, good deals from what I've heard: http://www.overstock.com/Outlet As far as little stuff, like coffee tables and TV stands, I'd go check out DI or Goodwill. Surprisingly good stuff for next to nothing

KSL Classifieds is where we get all of our furniture from. Most we recognize came from R.C. Willey and probably cost 10 times what we paid.

Good will has some stuff usually. It may be a bit dated looking but you could always paint it to make it look more modern.

KSL and Facebook marketplace is my favorite place to find nice cheap furnitures. sometime, those "perfect" blogger mom will do their yearly house remodeling so you really need to keep your eye out for those listing. Also, Overstock outlet, NPS, and Downeast outlet warehouses in WVC have nice stuff but you still have go through them daily because they restock daily (not NPS).
