Dr Leah Kern is at UC San Diego Pediatric Associates. She's great and so is the rest of the doctors in that office. There is also a family doctor in the same building for adults. Her name is Dr Christine Eros in Metro Family Physicians. I have nothing but good things to say about them!

I've read some pretty bad reviews on Metro Family in regards to the front office ladies, not the doctors, being rude & not very helpful:(...& my husband is going to talk to the medic about getting a referral to a public doctor with the basis of all visits being faxed over, which is entirely allowed...with approval

I work for an amazing Naturopathic Doctor in Rancho Bernardo/Solana Beach if you're interested. It's not covered by insurance though, although if you are on a PPO the labs are usually covered.
