A good friend in Ensenada recommends Dr. Fernando Gutiérrez Cota, in internist and they tell me he speaks fair English. He is head of internal medicine at one of the hospitals in Ensenada but he also has a private practice where he sees patients between 4-8:00PM. I took my son to Dr Kurosu last week. The Dr went to ASIJ and was educated in the US. Receptionist is also fluent in English. His office is about a 5 minute walk from the south exit of Shimo-kiazawa station. Would recommend.

That one isn't on the list either. There's U S Healthworks Medical Group PC on 4 th and Washinton. This one got the highest amount of bad reviews. The next closest if in National City, and then the one in PB. Other than that it starts getting into 20+ mins drive on the freeway alone to get there.

Dr. Nina Rabin at Scripps in MV. I picked her name randomly because she was close to work years ago and I have never regretted it. I have referred family, friends, and coworkers and so far everyone is thrilled with her. She saved my moms life. She knows what she is doing and she is super nice. You'll feel comfortable telling her anything. She totally has your back.

I don't know if you count Scripps La Jolla as Central, but I like both Julie Papatheofanis and Rhona Fink at Scripps Ximed (next to the hospital). Actually, I think Dr. Fink sometimes has office hours near Scripps Mercy (the 501 Washington building where the Hillcrest Landmark is).

I highly recommend Doug Dengerink at San Diego Sports Medicine, which is very close to your job. He's good. Plus they have email, so often you can avoid actually going in for something that is not actually a big deal
