JC Auto Glass is cheap, mobile, and fast. Used him for years I replace car windows. (I live near the Balboa Golf Course and some of you golfers really slice...)

Av. 32 Sur and Diaz Ordaz...near Siglo XXI. Low prices, affordable, good craftsmanship. Across the street from the Casa de Cambio and Carl's Jr. and usually done same day. It comes out to like $70-$100 USD, probably.

Low Cost Auto Glass on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. was great, and the cheapest I found!

You can also try to contact victim services to see if they will be able to help with damages.

I used [Liberty Auto Glass](https://www.google.com/search?q=Liberty+Auto+Glass). Fast, friendly service. Cheaper, and better reviews than Safelite.

El Cortez hotel, Rivera hotel, rentals at www.mysanfelipevacation.com... but I doubt anywhere you will get a guard for your boat
Roxana G. replied:
las Casitas Resort which is within La Hacienda gated community in San Felipe. You can stay in a bungalow and park your car and boat right next to the bungalow inside the gates of Las Casitas. Www.lascasitas.com.mx or you can call Victor at 0 44 686 946-1487
We have totally lost contact with friends (seasoned travelers) who were due to cross at Tecate yesterday morning around 9:30 AM (local time), driving a pickup and towing...

Special Attention: Ron Gomez Hoff and all readers in Ensenada area and routes south. Could you please tell me if you have heard of any related incidents or accidents involving a Gray Dodge Diesel Crew Cab Pickup with matching Camper Shell (unknown OR plates) towing a Mako boat on Calkins trailer (WA Plate 9813TR). I have checked with CHP border division and they have nothing. Any incidents would have occurred going south from Tecate, yesterday after 9:30 AM (local time, when our friends estimated they would cross the border). They were headed south, traditional route with plans to arrive in the Eastcape by late Sunday or sometime Monday. No further word, phones are active but not responding, and no activity on FB since early yesterday. Attached is a photo of the boat and trailer, and rear of the pickup, should Law Enforcement need it. We have the names, photos and passport information of our friends, as well. Any help, to include a number with Mexican Border Patrol that could confirm whether / when entry was made would be greatly appreciated. Please IM/PM me if you need additional information. Thanks again, Rickster

Nothing reported in Ensenada.net or ElViga (on line news sources). IF they crossed at Tecate, and IF they obtained their FMM's from Mexican Immigration, there may be a record. However I don't know anyone in the area that can check for you
