Whenever you do find an electrician, make sure that they are licensed and bonded to work in Saskatchewan. Ask to see the permit they take out for the work they're doing. If they refuse, keep looking.

Might not just be that simple. What did saskppwer run to your house? Overhead or underground. While you are at it get a whole house surge protector. Your fish will thank you if it needs to be put into use.
