I go to Sutherland Chiropractic Clinic (NOT Pankiw's office, that is Central Avenue Health Centre by Robin's). There's a guy there named Travis, best massage therapist I've ever seen. I see him after I go on road trips where I'm driving for 10 hours straight. Definitely makes working in an office a lot more tolerable. I guess he's more for sports injuries and stuff but he's very good, and communicates well.

I have been seeing Kyle Roth at Stonebridge Chiropractic on Stonebridge Blvd. I am an athlete but I work a desk job and my neck will often seize up from lack of movement throughout the day. After seeing him I no longer have to go to a massage therapist to loosen up my muscles because he will stretch out the affected area first and really takes time to understand what you do and what causes the problem.

ITT: people who like to get felt up. -if it's big farm girls that you'd like to massage you then i highly recommend to go to symmetry in Confed. They seem to all have man hands. Dont get me wrong, they're pretty damn good at what they do.

Ecko Roofing has great rates. Maybe all roofing companies are this way but I was impressed with their cleanup, trying to get every last nail and tidbit cleaned off the ground before they left.
