Looking for a realtor I might be looking at buy a condo in the next few months and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good realtor.
Xenren replied:
don't go with Gerry Lagimodiere, he's from Remax and he was a nightmare to deal with. He's pushy and uncooperative.

Kevin Cross from Royal LePage sold me my house just a little over a year ago and he was awesome! Super friendly, not even remotely pushy. Was really willing to work around our busy schedules and really understood what we were looking for. Then when I moved in and it turned out the washer and dryer didn't work (which the sellers didn't disclose and refused to help pay for), he felt so bad he sent me a $100 Visa gift card and a super nice card. That gesture went a long way with me, especially since it was after the deal had closed and he had sold the house!!! He was just super nice and thoughtful.

I'm actually in the hunt for a condo/townhouse. Danielle Ellis at Realty Executives is my realtor. She's always available whenever I want to look at places, and she sends me lots of listings that fit my criteria. I definitely recommend her.

We just used Chris Monelaar and he was great. Worked with our hectic lifestyles, always easy to get in contact with, gave his opinion honestly and has history working in the trades which in my opinion is nice.

I really enjoyed working with [Ryan Bohle](https://www.coldwellbanker.ca/agents/Ryan-Bohle-S7N2E9) from Coldwell Bankers. Pretty personable dude and there was no pressure to purchase anything that didn't meet the criteria I had for a house. Would use him again for purchasing a home.

I would recommend James Dyck from Royal LePage Realty. He's not pushy at all, very honest and trustworthy realtor. He found us a townhouse condo in only 3 days and it was perfect for us. First one we looked at we bought and he was awesome to work with! I would recommend you check out the link below. http://www.royallepage.ca/en/agent/saskatchewan/saskatoon/james-dyck/22709/

Troy Walkington at Realty Executives was very good to us.

Kevin Leuschen is awesome. We just got a house with him, but we were originally only looking at condos with him (long story). He had tons of amazing suggestions and really seemed to understand our style right away. He never pushed us to look at things outside of our budget or outside of our neighbourhood range, but also took us to every property we wanted to see. He always made himself available to look at properties with us within 24 hours of us requesting to see something. He never kept us waiting around, and always made us feel like we were important clients even though our budget wasn't super sky high. When we finally ended up closing, Kevin also fought to get us our house at our first offer, and we really felt like he worked hard to get us a good deal. On top of all that, he's a funny down to earth guy and we really enjoyed looking at houses and condos with him. He was quick to tell us that certain places were lacking or overpriced, and didn't shy away from giving it to us straight about things. Great realtor, can't recommend him enough.

Todd Heroux is hands down a great realtor. He is a very honest person and will steer you in the right direction. Also a great mortgage broker is Conrad Neufeldt.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a realtor who has a track record of success? I'm not interested in someone's relative - unless they have a history of selling...
Mike B. replied:
The geography is probably all wrong but Marj Carpenter with Remax in Crystal Lake (Chicago suburb) is sensational. 815-444-6275. She helped me buy my house. I told her I was glad she was on my side because she was a pit bull (with a nice smile). Maybe she can recommend someone in your area.

Christopher Craik, he's marrying my cousin Jamie this Autumn, so he's family! He sold our house, and found us our current one. He's also done some work for other family members too. I know he's done some work in the area mentioned, and most all of his work is in residential sales.
