Visit LifePower at Shea and 101. They offer a variety of yoga classes all day long. You can buy per class or by a group of classes or get a membership. Astanga is my fav!!!

Andrea, I went tonight to Anytime Fitness for the yoga class tonight and its a great class for beginners for sure. Its really small so you get very personalized instruction. Ive been practicing hot yoga for a couple of years and was glad to have had non-heated beginner classes before starting hot yoga. It can be pretty intense. Hot yoga is heated to about 105 degrees with 50% humidity.
