I love Spirit of Yoga (near Spokes, Sprouts, on McClintock and Southern). They have a lot of different types of classes, are incredibly welcoming, and have mats, blocks, blankets... anything you might need to be comfortable. Not too expensive either. http://soy.swiha.edu/class-descriptions/

Ha Yoga on University just east of McClintock is good. They're running a special for January but I forgot how much. Maybe it's $30 for the month?
https://www.facebook.com/108195454792 Yoga Nirvana -- all the teachers possess considerable expertise, the studio is run very professionally, the space is intimate and comfortable, the rates are very reasonable, is very local, t'd the studio offers a great diversity of classes. I've been going there for four years.

Yoga To The People!! 5 th St, just East of Mill. It's FREE but a donation is recommended. It's $2 to rent a mat if you don't have one. I've seen a few women bring young children before. If you want to go together sometime, let me know!

Parks and Rec has really affordable specific to healthy backs yoga classes throughout the spring and summer. If you go to the City of Tempe ' s website, there should be a link for parks and rec classes and also the library has class pamphlets. Anyhow, I believe it's 65 bucks for 12 sessions and the class is called Yoga For Healthy Backs and there's another called Therapeutic Yoga. Hope this helps!
Looking for a Yoga instructor that would like to teach a few classes a week starting early May. If you know anyone that might be interested shoot me a message! Thanks!
