I know the studio at central and baseline has yoga. Phoenix Dance Academy at 15th Ave and Thomas rents studio space to instructors wanting to hold classes. Neither exactly in Laveen... I just happened to think of those right off my head

The Red Mountain Multi-Generational Center in Mesa has some great yoga classes including restorative, gentle, and chair yoga. I go there all the time. I find it easy to modify anything I can't do in those classes. The teacher's are very supportive. A day pass is only $4 and it gets you in to all the classes for free:)
