Check out Wee Learners in Ballard. Jen is a wonderful teacher who really understands young kids. When my son was there, diapers were OK.

Discovery Montessori on 32 nd is amazing, but doesn't take kids who aren't potty trained. Maybe try to get the potty training done and that will open more options for you.
