Check Amazon.com and read reviews. Same with iherb.com Some recommend not going that route though. I think omegas can have some of the same benefits. Additionally, there are some good prenatals that are MTHFR friendly. I believe they are made by Thorne.

You could join the MTHFR and Pregnancy group. And check out the information at MTHFR.net about pregnancy.
Kellie asks:
Does anyone know a midwife in the Seattle WA area that would do a VBAC?
Tracy L. replied:
Have you tried asking ICAN of Seattle? They don't have a FB page but they do have a yahoo group I am sure someone there could give you some names :) http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ICAN-Seattle/

Carolee Hall was my doula back in 1996. She is now a midwife in Olympia, WA. I don't know if she does VBAC or not though. Good luck!
Hey guys, is there any vegan mamas who have had homebirths/natural births? I'm getting a lot of negative opinions from friends and family when I tell them this is how...

We had a lovely home birth with Dr Brandy Ross. She's a naturopath in Lynnwood. I really liked her and she's never batted an eye at us being vegan and raising our baby vegan. Look up Moonrise Health and Birth. That's her clinic. She's also our daughter's pediatrician.
Caitlin N. replied:
Also Natasha Crouch is an awesome vegan doula. I don't know why it won't let me tag her in the post. I can give you her number if you pm me.
Kalisto N. replied:
My friend in Minnesota and I started the group Vegan Birthworkers. I suggest Natasha Crouch, Jessica Duty, Brooke Nelson Munro, Aurora Christy all as viable doula and midwifery options. Theres also the option to birth at a center like https://www.facebook.com/147954025255702 Puget Sound Birth Center. Id also like to remind group members that we support gender inclusive language in this group and not only mamas give birth.
Aurora C. replied:
I have had two home births and I work for a few midwives attending out of hospital births as well as being a doula, and I just applied to midwifery school. I would be happy to answer any questions you have. I used Heather Chorley at Seattle home Maternity for my first birth (moved to Olympia for my second) and she was amazing. She also has a vegan daughter so she knows her stuff and is very supportive.
Do you know a doula, midwife, lactation consultant or pediatrician that you love? We're building a referral list and want to know who you would recommend.

For ped, Happy Salinas-Santos! Amazing bedside manner, you can tell she just loves kids. Also easy to get ahold of and does house calls. http://happyfamilyhealth.com/about-happy/
Are there any agencies that employ midwives? Asking for a friend.

There are two 'midwife' positions listed in our job listings from two different agencies. You can do a search here: http://www.thegypsynurse.com/jobs-list-search/

St. Vincent Women's Hospital is the best place to deliver babies. High profile multiple births are handled here. When I was getting ready to deliver there, a set of sextuplets were born there. Not as big of a deal now I guess with people having octuplets and such nowadays, but it was a big deal in the 90's. I had both of my babies there by choice!
For folks planning on, or working on getting pregnant! Kristin is a fabulous midwife who specializes in fertility. Her amazing classes are coming to Seattle in February!
