Well - basically I'm trying to get an ingress egress easement terminated. I've heard this is quite difficult, but the adjacent lot is abandoned, the egress is inaccessible from the street, and the lot is going up for a foreclosure auction soon. I can't afford to buy the lot, but I think I have a better chance of getting the easment dissolved before the lot is owned by a developer...

I would suggest posting to /r/legaladvice and include an mspaint diagram as well. They go nuts for this stuff and you might actually get some good advice.
