Another vote for Tammy Gagne (bought our home represented by her), as a side note, the seller used DJ Novgrod as their agent, and we found her to be disengaged and unavailable when we had questions. I definitely got the impression that Ms Novgrod was only interested in high priced properties (our purchase was only 300 k in her eyes)

Let's see Tammy Gagne was 2013 Realtor of the year and is currently President of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors and I get to see 1 st hand how hard she works for her clients. She puts out a weekly real estate report on News Lincoln County and is on top of the market, inventory and has the latest info on lenders, rates etc. By the way her website is www.ocnvu.com.
