Alton (just across the river) is packed with them - high end, low end, and everything in-between. Most of them are on Broadway.

This a big antique mall in Eureka, before you get to Six Flags right off 5 th street, parallel to I-44, that is really nice. It has lots of booths and it's clean and airy. I go about once a month and find new things. I've bought a lot there. Also, there's a big one on Fe-Fe right off of Olive. Next to the Pink Galleon.

The antique stores in St. Charles Main Street match what you are looking for. I would also advise looking at flea markets. For example, there's the I-70 Shopper's Fair in St. Peters and there's a large flea market in Rutledge, MO once a month and vendors come from all over the midwest. There are lots of vendors with "booths" that fit your description but it's obviously wayyyy out of the way.

There are a couple on Big Bend, south of 40 in Richmond Heights, right next to each other. Treasure Aisles and Big Bend Antiques

I've not been in them (yet), but I've seen a couple outside of that area. One on Manchester, in the city, a little east of Hampton: the Green Shag Market. The other I recently passed on McCausland, about a block north of Manchester, west side of the street. No idea of its name since I couldn't stop and it's not my usual route.
