Suburban Cleaners on Lockwood next to Deweys is great. They are good and cheap and friendly and if you can't get your stuff to them or get there to pick it up during their normal business hours, they also have their main branch you can go to across from Yorkshire Plaza that is almost always open.

Not certain which part of St. Charles you are referencing, but we use Apple Cleaners. They pickup and deliver to your doorstep and are competitively priced. We love them!
