Dr. Silverman out of hartford neurology or anyone in his group! I had migraines. And I got a serious neck injury, that would trigger my migraines and they where great! They will run test and really take there time with you

there is a group on Day Hill Road in Windsor...I went to PT there for my bersitis in my shoulder, most of those OT/PTs also work out of a nice building in Enfield (across from Big Y) in which my daughter went for PT after ACL surgery! They were all pretty nice and schedules are pretty accommodating to yours..
