There really aren't any true all inclusive resorts in Key West or Puerto Rico. One resort in Puerto Rico has an inclusive option but it is on the edge of a cliff rather than a beachy location so neither of those locations are good options for an all inclusive resort. Try this for searching the area for campgrounds if you're open to it. Find a friend with experience if you don't have any. But people can share tents. Just get camp pads or air mattresses and sleeping bags. Share tents. Bring camp chairs and a bit of firewood. Campground should have bathrooms and showers. They sometimes have cut off times for check in, like 9 or 10 pm. So get there before then. http://www.recreation.gov

I love Pop Century or All Star Movies. As a child I would take art and stuffed animals and place them in the window. Some people still do that today. Plus you get extra magic hours and other cool benefits. And the hotel is pretty cool!

The All Star resorts are more affordable and convenient with young children who may need a mid afternoon nap. Or if you go when it is really hot you can take advantage of the early morning/evening passes by coming back to the room and hanging out by the pool during the hottest part of the afternoon. They often have games going on at the pool.

Destin is the bomb diggity, but it's 5 HR minimum. Panama City is 4:30 drive depending on who's driving. It's close to the same as Destin, but I like Destin because it's slightly cleaner and more for adults. Both offer great restaurants. Check VRBO rental site for either. I use Platinum Rentals for Destin.
