I am looking for recommendations on a psychiatrist to help me cope with this journey. Did anyone find someone that "gets it"? TIA. I have USFAMILY Tricare.

I strongly recommend Kelli Barr-Lyles of Circle of Life Holistic Care. She's a master's level therapist with expertise in grief and trauma. She is amazingly compassionate and can be of help outside of medication if you'd like to go that route.
