Can anyone recommend a tailor and a cobbler (the shoe repair type :)) nearby? The place i usually go is great but in Carrollwood and I'd love to find somewhere closer....

There is a fantastic lady that has a little shop (house) one block north of the Health Mutt on central Ave. on the right. There is a sign in her window that says seamstress. Her name is escaping me. She's done some work for me SUPER cheap and she's good, she really knows her stuff. I always ended up tipping her 50%.
Anyone have suggestions on a shoe repair store in Tampa or Plant City?

Downtown PC discolored Jaclyn's boots, the lady was extremely rude, the place should be on hoarders and I have a friend who's boots they pulled apart and they said oops sorry there is nothing we can do.... I have always gone there so I'm looking for a new place... I may try one in Tampa tomorrow since I can drop them off at lunch. Thanks everyone I can't wait to get my favorite sandals fixed

I went to St. Mary's School with Tommy DiBiase. I'm sorry to hear about Gertrude. She lived next door to my grandmother on Brackett Street and I remember her dad taking us ice skating at Deering Oaks. They were very nice people, as was Mr. DiBiase.
