I second Boston University Derm. I can't say enough wonderful things about Karen Nolan, the Nurse Practicioner. She has an amazing rapport with her patients. I wish my PCP's practice would allow me to continue there PCP'S is w/ Signature Healthcare & they don't refer out of practice)

Boston Medical Center Dermatology Clinic has the best dermatologists around. That's where I went when I lived in MA. The Taunton and Fall River dermatologists were a bit scary....
