Hector Gonzalez is awesome. He renovated our home at the end of Blueberry - basically gutted the entire thing and opened it wide open. He can do many things or has the people to do many things. 404-387-0239. Very trustworthy and very reasonable. Have used him for over 10 years now and have never been disappointed.

Other matter: The contractors who have looked at the door have expressed surprise that anyone could have gotten in through the deep dead bolts and plate, all going deep into the studs and wall. Whatever was used took out the frame, the surrounding st uds and part of the wall. Have been talking with contractors about what more to do, but they all say the same thing: "Given the damage, you probably cannot protect against whatever this guy/these guys are/were using." Matches what Carol E Hayes (yes?) posted about a steel door and frame. Nonetheless, will be boosting the strength of frame and surrounding wall more....

Contact Etter Construction. They are a state licensed and insured contractor. Blake Etter lived in Smoke Rise for a number of years before moving to Loganville for better schools for the kids. Blake linked me up with many of his subcontractors who helped me build my garage. They did a great job. Check out their website www.etterconstruction.com
