Probably some good independent electricians out there, but when we had this happen a couple years ago and I didn't want to wait for to find the right guy and get him/her out, we called Mr. Sparky. It was not cheap, but we electricity up in 24 hours (and great response by Walton EMC as well).

If you haven't, call GA Power (or whoever is the provider) or Fire Dept. if GA Power can't get there ASAP and have power shut off if you haven't.
